This award-winning custom residence, designed by Fairfax and Sammons Architects, reflects a highly detailed construction process shaped by complex logistics and rigorous community requirements. The home blends transitional architectural elements with ultra–high-end finishes, creating a residence defined by refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

Key amenities include multiple pools, including a lower-level indoor pool, a ground-level pool, and an upper-level reflection pool, along with striking features at the main entry terrace. Extensive mature landscaping required careful coordination and the placement of full-grown trees to create an established setting for the home.

Hedrick utilized in-house BIM coordination and detailed virtual renderings to support client decision-making throughout the project. Construction included excavation through hard rock and the integration of advanced waterproofing systems to protect below-grade spaces. The residence incorporates hurricane-rated glazing, comprehensive home automation systems, and art-focused lighting, all delivered through close coordination among specialized trades to create a highly customized and technologically advanced private estate.
