IN PROGRESS
This custom residence, designed by Strang Design, reflects a contemporary architectural approach that emphasizes light, openness, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Expansive glazing, refined materials, and carefully detailed finishes create a home that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
The two-story residence with a basement spans 38,534 square feet and is being constructed on a carefully cleared two-acre site. Large-scale exterior glazing, seamless stonework, and multiple architectural water features are coordinated through early collaboration between the design, construction, and BIM teams.
Because of the tight lot and coastal setting, the project requires exceptional logistical planning and careful environmental consideration throughout construction. Early coordination has focused on material selection, waterproofing critical exterior areas, and sequencing site activities to ensure the successful installation of highly customized architectural components.
An on-site nursery has also been planned to preserve and protect landscape elements throughout construction. The result will be a refined contemporary estate that balances modern architectural expression with thoughtful coordination and craftsmanship.
