RESTORING AN ICON
PALM HOUSE HOTEL
Hedrick Brothers Construction revitalized the long-dormant Palm House Hotel, once known as the Heart of Palm Beach, into a premier luxury hospitality destination. The reimagined 79-room property includes 21 suites and two presidential suites, complemented by resort-style amenities such as a lush courtyard pool, outdoor dining areas, a signature restaurant and bar, and a ballroom with an adjoining garden terrace. The transformation required extensive demolition and remediation of compromised structures, along with the development of a complex shoring and stabilization plan. Working in close collaboration with the design team, our efforts restored the building’s structural integrity while delivering the refined finishes, craftsmanship, and guest experience expected of a landmark Palm Beach hotel.
